Healthy Chocolate Milkshake Recipe

 
 


This drink is perfect for a balanced meal (full serve) or a snack (half serve - or a full serve - honour your hunger levels). It tastes like a real-life chocolate milkshake, only better. I’ve been having it daily! Hot tip - reduce the liquid to 1/2 cup and omit the ice if you want to enjoy it as a smoothie bowl as below.

• 1 cup of coconut milk - I use Cocoquench
• 1 frozen banana
• 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
• 3 tablespoons full fat yoghurt - I use Meredith Dairy sheeps yoghurt
• 2 tablespoons vanilla protein - I rotate pea protein, WPI and collagen
• 1 tablespoon cacao powder
• 1 tablespoon of peanut butter
• 1/2 cup ice

Blend blend blend, pour into a big glass, and enjoy!
