These protein balls include beautiful sources of plant-based protein, healthy fats, fibre, and omega-3s from flax and hemp seeds. The dark chocolate chips and goji berries add flair and flavour!
I usually make a double batch, eat a few and freeze most to save for my future self. I am eating them paired with some coconut yoghurt - I highly recommend this combo!

Dry ingredients:
• ½ cup oats
• ⅓ cup flaxseed meal
• ¼ cup vanilla pea protein
• ¼ cup hemp seeds
• 1 tablespoon brewer’s yeast
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• ½ teaspoon salt
Wet ingredients:
• ⅓ cup honey
• 1 cup almond butter
• ⅓ cup dark chocolate chips
• ¼ cup goji berries
Method:
1. Blitz all dry ingredients in a food processor.
2. If your honey or almond butter has solidified, gently warm up on the stovetop. Once cool add into your dry ingredient mix.
3. Stir through the dark chocolate chips and goji berries.
4. Roll into balls and store in the fridge or freezer.
