The ultimate, nostalgic snack mix of crunchy, sweet, and savoury! This is the ideal snack to keep in your bag or desk drawer.

This includes abundant healthy fats, protein from the nuts and seeds, antioxidants from the dried fruit and cacao, and the oh-so necessary addition of dark chocolate. A delicious and nutrient-dense snack to have at your fingertips.
I buy all of my ingredients from Honest to Goodness, or bulk foods shops such as Scoop, The Source, or Naked Foods, so you can grab exactly the amounts you need.
In a big bowl, mix together:
• ⅓ cup almonds
• ⅓ cup roasted cashews
• ¼ cup Brazil nuts
• ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
• ¼ cup sunflower seeds
• ¼ cup cranberries
• ¼ cup sultanas
• ¼ cup dark choc chips (I use the 70% cacao ones from @honesttogoodness)
• ⅓ cup coconut flakes
Store in a glass jar or airtight container - lasts well for 2-3 months.
